Yeni mosque.

Built in 1900-1902 on the plans of the architect  Vitaliano Pozeli.

It does seem to have a Euro-Islamic flair about it. Love the yellow paint with the green dome.

Loved the headline of this post, a nice mix of 'turkish + english':) Maybe you know or not probably, the same named cami, meaning mosque, stands in the historical peninsula of Istanbul.
Is it open for religious activities?

Its an exhibitions place now,before that,about 25 year ago,it was our arceological museum.
It used to be a mosque for Donmehs,Jews who had been converted to Islam.
